Spartan® Standard Clamp

Two types of clamps. The one on the left is black and labelled "Noryl." The one on the right is beige and labelled "Radel." Dimensions A, B, and C are indicated on the Noryl clamp.

Spartan® Standard Clamp: applications

Primarily developed for use in metal finishing plants as a G clamp tool.

This G clamp is capable of withstanding the corrosive attack of chemicals used within the metal finishing industry.

Spartan® Standard Clamp: description

The Spartan® Standard Clamps is moulded in glass-filled Noryl for use in anodising, giving a maximum usable temperature of 105°C.

Or it can be moulded in glass-filled Radel, for use in electro-brightening and painting and at temperatures of up to 220°C.

We can add a tip if you require it, in titanium for anodising (where the tip increases grip and reduces witness marks) or zirconium or ceramic for electro-brightening and two-step colour processes.

The clamping force is provided by a fine-thread thumb screw.  A coarse ‘fast’  thread version is also available.
