Spartan® Box Clamp: applications
We have developed the Spartan® Box Clamp for use in the anodising process to hold profiles securely. It is capable of withstanding the corrosive attack of chemicals used within the industry.
Spartan® Box Clamp: description
Manufactured in Noryl, it has a maximum usable temperature of 105°C and is designed to address specific problems associated with hostile environments, such as acid, heat, paint and solvents.
It is also available in Radel, giving it a maximum usable temperature of 220°C and making it suitable for phosphate brightening, chromate pre-treatment, finishing, paint and powder-coating lines.
Weighing 82g, our Spartan® Box Clamp is adjustable to accommodate a wide variety of shapes and sizes, easy to set, and can be supplied with or without locator pegs for an aluminium bracket. (We sell these aluminium brackets separately.)
