At CMT Engineering we think it’s important to see one another away from the office and factory floor. Taking time to connect, chat and collaborate outside of our work environment makes us a stronger team.

So, twice a year, we go for a staff lunch. 

Doing this means we can support another local business too.

Lately we’ve been going to the Cherrywood Smokehouse Bar & Grill, half a mile from our premises in Cradley Heath.

The food – predominantly Indian and Nepalese, with Texan-style options too – is delicious. The kind staff always look after us. 

We say: the people who eat together … complete all their work together!
