Spartan® Standard Clamps: applications
We have developed Spartan® Standard Clamps primarily for use in metal finishing plants.
The Spartan® Standard Clamp, which is a G clamp, is capable of withstanding the corrosive attack of chemicals used within the metal finishing industry.
Spartan® Standard Clamps: description

The Spartan® Standard Clamp is moulded in glass-filled Noryl for use in anodising, giving a maximum usable temperature of 105°C.
We also mould it in glass-filled Radel, for use in electro-brightening and painting and at temperatures of up to 220°C.
Spartan® Standard Clamps come plain tipped as standard. We can supply tips for Spartan Standard Clamps® in titanium, increasing grip and reducing witness marks. Or in ceramic or zirconium for electro-brightening and two-step colour processes.
The clamping force is provided by a fine-thread thumb screw. A coarse ‘fast’ thread version is also available.
